"I've been in the industry over 30 years, focusing on mortgage lending the last 28. I firmly believe that every one can achieve the dream of home ownership, as any American should. Some people are able to purchase today and that's wonderful, and those are easy deals; but the ones that truly, truly tug at my heart are the ones that we have to work on to get them where they need to be; financially, employment, credit wise. And whatever it takes, I will hold their hand the whole time whether it takes one year, two years, or sixty days. This is my passion and what I truly, truly enjoy doing."

HOME OWNERSHIP STARTS HERE!Ethical, Authentic, Blessed… Those are the initials of Elizabeth Ann Breaux and three words which best describe her and how she maintains her life and business practices. With this comes experience, accountability and 28+ years of knowledge. Born in a time when life was more carefree from the worries of today’s society, Liz is a true “Cajun Country Girl” raised on the back of horses and farm equipment in Acadiana’s little town of Carencro. The youngest of 4, and the only girl, Liz has always held a little spitfire in her belly with the spunk and determination to succeed at whatever she desires.

Daughter to well respected soy bean farmer and cattleman, Paul Breaux, (RIP) Liz grew up in a tightly knit family and as tomboy as they come. Her mother, Grace, was a stay at home mom who cared for the family in a way many cannot appreciate today. When Liz started school her mother, Grace Breaux, gained employment working in the school system so she could hold the same schedule as her children. During her childhood, her father taught her hard work and sacrifice while her mother taught her the importance of family and dedication. Life was all about being industrious with relentless dedication and family was paramount to the Breaux family. Between the laboring, much love was shared with many hours spent riding horses and playing in the fields.

One of Liz’s toughest battles to face was her father’s passing over 23 years ago. She recently lost her favorite cutting horse, Blue, and that too, holds a wound in her heart. But Liz has also been afforded a rewarding blessing with her mother pressing on at 89 and not stopping for even the Lafayette Parish school system as you can still find Grace working in the office at Acadiana Middle School. And should Liz not answer her mother’s call for the third time in a row, “Have no fear, Mama is here”, as Ms. Grace walks over and in as she is only a house away. Remember, “Family is paramount;” so much so, Liz purchased her current home belonging to her grandparents approximately twenty years ago. On the sidewalk it reads, “Built in 1949."
