Home Ownership Starts Here!
ethical..... authentic.... blessed...
Those are the initials of Elizabeth Ann Breaux and three words which best describe her and how she maintains her life and business practices. With this comes experience, accountability and 28+ years of knowledge. Born in a time when life was more carefree from the worries of today’s society, Liz is a true “Cajun Country Girl” raised on the back of horses and farm equipment in Acadiana’s little town of Carencro. The youngest of 4, and the only girl, Liz has always held a little spitfire in her belly with the spunk and determination to succeed at whatever she desires.
But Liz has also been afforded the most rewarding blessing with her mother pressing on in her 90's and only recently retiring from the Lafayette Parish school system. And should Liz not answer her mother’s call for the third time in a row, “Have no fear, Mama is here”, as Ms. Grace walks over, as she is only a house away. Remember, “Family is paramount;” so much so, Liz purchased her current home belonging to her grandparents approximately twenty five years ago. On the sidewalk it reads, “Built in 1949."
What About Now?
The saying, "Work hard. Play hard." That's Liz to a tee.
If her early family life taught her anything, it was balance... and that is what she does best.
Home Buyers Seminar
Educating yourself to home ownership is vital to achieve your American dream. It's important to grant people the opportunity to inform themselves on the necessary steps it takes to become a home owner. Liz participates in Home Buyer Seminars and on educating the public.
Liz is here to direct your steps and hold your hand when necessary. She won't shy away from anyone desiring to be a home owner.
The End Reward
"I love what I do. Helping a family purchase a home is very rewarding. I believe everyone can be a homeowner. Some are able to purchase today while others have to work toward that goal. My clients end up becoming lifelong friends."
